Step 2: Read and agree to our policies, terms, and conditions

Before making any purchases and transactions, please do read these policies carefully. We  will not be liable for any delays in delivery, or any trouble that may arise from not reading these policies. All these policies are strictly implemented.

  1. Payment Method - We accept major credit cards and PayPal payments. We use only PayPal as our merchant account and payment vehicle. PayPal is the safest and most secure way of making payments online. Other than these, we do not accept any other method.

  2. Payments - We require a 100% payment before we begin production for a faster delivery time. We also do accept a 50% downpayment  to start production and the remaining  50% should be settled prior to delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays in the  delivery caused by the non-settlement or late settlement of the  remaining balance. We do not accept LC (letter of credit), post dated checks, promissory notes, purchase forms, or any credit lines. This policy is strictly implemented regardless of the quantity ordered

  3. Delivery Time Policy - Our lead time is 20 working days from the time customer confirms the order until delivery. The 20 days begins once  order has been confirmed by making a full or a 50% partial payment. Should we go past 20 working days due to delays on our end, we will refund the customer 50% of the total amount paid if a full payment was made prior or we will not charge for the remaining balance anymore if a 50% partial payment. was made At the same  time, we will still deliver the products at no additional costs. However, this rule will not be implemented on the  following situations:
         a. Delay is caused by the non-settlement or late settlement of any remaining balances by the customer.
         b. Natural disasters, Earthly calamities or any situations caused by nature where it would be deemed too dangerous for our logistics  team to deliver items. If such situation arises, we will inform the customer right away.
         c. Late approvals of sample products, and any part of the production process where your approval would be needed. We make it a point to show you samples through high resolution pictures to make sure we satisfy your requirements so please do make sure to approve them as not to delay the delivery and committed time. We do not continue to the next stage unless you inform us to go through the whole process without having the need to show you pictures of your products on the production line. We do not recommend this. 
         d. Sudden change in design initiated by customers. Though we do accomodate any requests of suddenly changing the designs after the samples are out, we will not be responsible for any delays this may incur. Please make sure that the artwork we show you and you approve  will be the final design before we begin production process.

  4. Logistics - We only use DHL is our sole logistics provider. No other companies would be considered. Should you insist in providing your own courier services, we will then not responsible and liable for any delays caused by 3rd party couriers or customs. This invalidates right away the 20-day guaranteed delivery time.

  5. Copyright and Infringements -  We shall not be held liable and responsible for any copyright infringement and patent issues that may arise. It would be your responsibility as customer to make sure the leather bracelets you designed and ordered will not violate any copyright or patent.

  6. Privacy Policy - We  do not sell, give-out, share or use for spamming any information you provide us. It is our responsibility and our assurance to keep all information you provide as highly confidential. However, we reserve the right to provide necessary information to law services, collection and agencies if the customer refuses to make payments for a confirmed order, or reverses a payment after an order is received and confirmed, or if the customer resorts to any fraudulent acts.

  7. Return and Exchange - Due to our customer satisfaction guarantee, we make it a point that each wristband is checked for its quality. We make sure that we show you pictures of your products before we even go on full production to make sure that you are getting what you had requested for. If there is any error or deficiency in the wristbands caused by our production or it is not in par to what you have approved in the pictures, we will be sending you replacement items for free. However, if there are any errors in size, color, design, phrase or logo placement caused by a customer providing wrong information, we will not accept any exchanges or replacement. Please make sure that everything is well verified before we go on to the next step.

  8. Order Cancellations and Refunds - Order cancellations are only allowed before production run or before you have fully confirmed your order. We will not give refunds on order cancellations made during the middle of your order production run or after your products had been manufactured.  We will not be liable should you decide to cancel an order in the middle or after the process. Please be sure about your order even before you make a payment.
