What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ or minimum order quantity is 100 for all non-genuine leather bracelets and 1000 for the real leather options.
How long will it take from the time I confirm my order to the time I receive my items?
The total time will be not more than 20 working days. We also do rush deliveries free of charge for a minimum order of 1500 items. Rush deliveries for items less than 1,500 pieces will incur a "rush" fee.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments only. We will not accept any other forms of payment yet.
May I pay everything right after you ship the items?
No, our general policy here is either 100% payment before production or 50% payment before production and the remaining 50% must be settled before we deliver the items. The reason why we use PayPal is to assure you that this transaction is clean and that we will deliver the items you had paid for. PayPal is the safest and most secured way to make payments online.
What happens if I do not get our products on time?
Our lead time from start of production to delivery is 20 working days or approximately 3 weeks, and we should not go beyond that. If we commit to you a delivery time which we do not meet, we will refund you 50% of the total amount. If you have paid for the first 50% before production and you get your items beyond our committed lead time, then there is no need to settle the remaining 50%. This does not include delays caused by natural calamities that may be deemed as too dangerous to travel for our couriers, but we will be informing you before hand should there be a delay caused by such. Our official courier is DHL.
Do you accept rush deliveries?
Yes we do accept rush deliveries, but there is an added fee to this depending on the quantity. For quantities more than 1,500, the applicable "rush fee" is waved.
When would we know if you have promos?
Simply send us your email address or subscribe to our newsletter. We will make sure you are aware of our promo even before we launch it.
If we are a regular customer, do we get even more discounts?
Of course! We have promos for our loyal customers, and these are promos you would surely love!
How sure are you that you are not a scam and we can entrust you with this transaction?
That is one reason why we only use PayPal (please click here to read PayPal's Security Center) since PayPal is the most secure and safest way to pay. Should we defraud you of anything, you may easily report us to PayPal's security department. We do not accept any other payment methods as of this moment except for credit card purchases or e-cash transfers which both utilizes PayPal, as this is also for your own protection and peace of mind. We have also shown you pictures of an actual delivery, and to make sure you have that total peace of mind, we even send you pictures of the production process. We track the delivery process completely until it reaches your doorstep.
